Laurie Halse Anderson is definitely known for writing powerful books and this sounds like no exception. PTSD is definitely a difficult subject, but Anderson seems like the perfect writer for it. I'll look for this one. I've been intending to read this author for a long time but haven't gotten around to it. This book sounds like a good place to start.
One of my friends just read this book and she gave it a glowing recommendation. I wanted to read this before too. So at least according to my friend we both have something awesome to look forward.
